Cancellation terms

Cancellations or change requests received no later than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date are free from any charge.
Cancellations or change requests received no later than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date will be charged at 30% of the total booking fees.
Cancellations or change requests received later than the above dates as well as non-appearances will be charged at 100% of the total booking fees.

Cancellations or change requests received no later than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date are free from any charge.
Cancellations or change requests received no later than 3 days before the scheduled arrival date will be charged at 100% of the first night’s booking fees. 
Cancellations or change requests received later than the above dates as well as non-appearances will be charged at the total booking fees.

Cancellations or change requests received no later than 56 days before the scheduled arrival date are free from any charge. 
Cancellations or change requests received no later than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date will be charged at 30% of the total booking fees. 
Cancellations or change requests received no later than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date will be charged at 80% of the total booking fees. 
Cancellations or change requests received later than the above dates as well as non-appearances will be charged at the total booking fees.

These rules define if and what pre-payments are to be made by guests.

For one child from 0 to 6 years of age we charge no premium to the present beds.
For one child from 7 to 11 years of age we charge CHF 40 per night and person.
For one child from 12 to 16 years of age we charge CHF 60 per night and person.
Children older than 16 years of age or adults are charged at CHF 70 per night and person.

 Please note that not all our rooms allow for setting up extra beds! Therefore, this service is subject to request!
